The University of Wyoming (UW) invites applications for the Director of the Ruckelshaus Institute and Assistant or Associate Professor in the Helga Otto Haub School of Environment and Natural Resources. We seek an accomplished and creative individual to direct the institute and to provide outreach, engagement, research, and teaching consistent with the educational mission of the University of Wyoming. The Ruckelshaus Institute advances the university’s land-grant mission by providing service, information, and assistance to stakeholders wrestling with environment and natural resource challenges across Wyoming and the West. The institute is housed within the Haub School, which values interdisciplinary approaches to environmental problem solving; scholarship that can inform real-world solutions; tangible, place-based experiences to develop critical thinking skills in the next generation of leaders and decision makers; and a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment on campus and beyond.
