Virtual Conference Information for Paper Session Presenters
Individual presenters at sessions will be sharing a video presentation using narrated PowerPoint, uploaded to YouTube. Links to YouTube video presentations will be uploaded to the Whova conference app.
Following the session there will be a scheduled moderated live question and answer (Q&A) session where all presenters in that session can interact with other participants and discuss questions in a panel format. The Whova App will also facilitate asynchronous discussion boards for each session to allow participants and presenters to continue their interaction throughout the conference.
Requirements for All Presenters: PowerPoint 2016 or better, Google Account for YouTube, and active 2020 IASNR membership.
How-to guide (For Reference Only): Making a Narrated Power Point Presentation and saving it to YouTube. Recorded presentations should be 10-15 minutes in length.
