We hope this message finds you well and in good health. We understand that many of you are likely facing new routines, schedules, and work responsibilities as we all continue to prepare for and adapt to our new reality in this era of COVID-19. As all of us adapt personally, please know that IASNR is also working to adapt to continue to serve its membership.

As we announced last week, the ISSRM 2020 symposium in Cairns, Australia, has been cancelled in response to this global pandemic. While we cannot meet in person this year, your continued participation in IASNR activities is essential to the success of the organization. As an IASNR member, we encourage you to cast your vote to elect the new cohort of IASNR leaders. This year, we will elect a new Executive Director, Treasurer, Secretary, three (3) IASNR Council Professional Members, and a new Student Representative-Elect. Only student members have the opportunity to vote for the Student Representative-Elect. Voting will be via anonymous online ballot which will be sent through Survey Monkey on March 23—please check your inboxes and spam folders for this important election ballot email! We are using Survey Monkey to distribute the ballots so you will not get reminders once you have already voted.

In addition to voting in this year’s election, we encourage you to renew your membership in IASNR. The executive leadership and council are exploring the potential for additional remote engagement opportunities to continue to develop and strengthen relationships among membership that form the core of our organization. As soon as more details are available, they will be shared.

Contact Jessica Hill ([email protected]) with any related questions or problems, as necessary.

Thank you for your continued support and active participation!
