Abstract submissions for the 2020 ISSRM Virtual Conference to occur July 11-26 hosted by IASNR are now being considered. Abstracts may be submitted for either individual papers or posters, and session proposals may be submitted for organized paper sessions, panels, and workshops. Please click here for presentation instructions for paper sessions and here for instructions for poster presentations, and click here to read more about organized session proposals.

Please submit your abstract or organized session proposal electronically by going to the 2020 ISSRM webpage or by clicking here and selecting “Add” next to “Submit Abstracts (Oral Presentations and Posters)” or “Submit Session Proposals” on the left side of the page. Please note: a login account is required before a session proposal can be submitted; you must also be logged into your account.

All abstracts must be submitted by no later than May 18, 2020, at midnight (Central Standard Time). We do not anticipate an extension beyond that date and strongly encourage you to submit your abstracts well before the deadline! If you have extenuating circumstances that prohibit you from submitting by the deadline, please email [email protected].

***All previously accepted abstracts for the cancelled 2020 ISSRM in Cairns will be automatically accepted.; however, to indicate your interest in participating with a previously accepted session or paper, please select a presentation format under the dropdown menu for “virtual conference participation” by clicking “edit” next to your session or paper title on this page by May 18th***

Due to the cancellation of ISSRM 2020 in Cairns, Australia, the requirements for the Best Student Paper Award Competition have been revised. In order to give more time to adjust, student abstracts are now due June 1st, and completed papers are due by July1st. Participating students are highly encouraged, but not required, to participate in the 2020 Virtual Conference. Please click here for more information or download the Call for Papers flyer here.

Please email Jessica Hill ([email protected]) if you have any questions.

We look forward interacting with you virtually!

Best regards,
