The Faculty of Science and Engineering delivers undergraduate and postgraduate programs in the areas of Engineering Systems (with specialisations in Mechanical, Civil and Environmental), Information Technology and Science (with specialisation in Environmental and Earth Systems, Marine Systems, Forest Systems and Regenerative Agriculture). The Faculty is committed to the delivery of high-quality courses informed by research leadership, which combine academic rigour with relevance to employment opportunities for graduates.
 
The Research Fellow/Associate will undertake research activities to support the Soil CRC projects focused on social dimensions of farming. The project’s aim is to understand local drivers of on-farm decision-making, including soil management practices, across Australian regions and farming systems. The first area of particular focus will be exploring drivers of best practice adoption, including new technologies, innovations and ways of farming. This project seeks to improve knowledge-sharing efforts in the agriculture field.
Research Fellow– Level B: the remuneration package for a Research Fellow appointment is up to $140,609 per annum (inclusive of base salary $101,544-$120,179 per annum and 17% employers contribution to superannuation).
